The good stuff! We will split into groups of two and get a hands on experience with brewing with the Hario, Chemex, French Press, and some others. Learn all the variables that goes into creating a delicious cup and find out the difference between each brew method.

Although there are basic guides to pairing, some of the most beautiful combinations deny all of them. Every great coffee has unique characteristics and should be paired based on that.
