Coffee Basics: Learn How to Brew It

Coffee with Kinser

Your Coffee Guide

My name is Kinser, I like to think of myself as a coffee guide. My passion for coffee has led me on a journey to help bridge the gap between Coffee Craftsman and Coffee Connoisseur. Chattanooga Coffee Culture is exciting and is a good time to get a hands on feel for home brewing. There is always something new to learn, so join me on my quest to learn it all and share it with others like yourself.

Coffee Pairing

Coffee Pairing

For good food and coffee pairings you need to look for a harmonious balance in taste, and synergy of flavors at the same time. Although there are basic guides to pairing, some of the most beautiful combinations deny all of them. Every great coffee has unique characteristics and should be paired based on that.
